This is the perfect place with local culture and design with international amenities. We liked that the resort feels like you are away in a forest area but too far from the city if you want the city-life experience. The food was great. Spa was amazing! Staff was exceptional. Don’t think twice - book this spot! We will definitely go back for another visit

I organised the wedding of my daughter in this hotel on 1st and 3rd March 2024. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the arrangement made by the hotel. it's booked residencial wedding at Gokarna Forest Resorts, our guest booked and stay in 57 rooms. All the staff, including the senior manager, ensured that our stay is comfortable. Specially Mr Rojin Sapkota especially has been excellent since the beginning of our wedding plan, he is exectionally cooperative, polite and helpful. we had arranged lunch, dinner, and B/fast in the ceremony. The quality of food and service was excellent. I have no words to express my gratitude and satisfaction for making the event successful & making our stay comfortable by the staff. I recommend this place for organising any event like marriage, birthday party, seminars etc. Once you have arranged it in this hotel, you can rest in peace as they will go out-of-way to make the event memorable and successful. All my guests appreciated the arrangement, and some of them were even enquiring about it to have their own events organised in a similar fashion in this hotel. Warmth, calm and comfort

I stayed here for 12 nights at two different times. First of all, I would like to mention the staff as that is what made the stay so special. I am endlessly astounded by the Nepalese capacity to make you feel at home. And because I was on my own for most of it, staff went up and above to make me feel welcome. The hotel is in beautiful grounds set next to the jungle - so deer and cheeky monkeys are frequent visitors. There is a world class golf course down one end of the hotel which is quite separate from the main hotel but is a nice place to enjoy a sundowner - there is a Thai restaurant/cafe there. There is a pool and gym and spa. I had a few treatments by the wonderful Rhia. There is the main bar that does food and another restaurant too. The hotel is set away from the hubbub of the city but it is easy to get a cab, which I did often via a local app called Pathao - though not many of the drivers speak English. You can walk in the jungle or the grounds and there is a temple down one end which you can visit. The rooms were large and though I did have a couple of problems with the AC they were quickly fixed. But what really made it for me was the warmth and kindness of the staff, right from breakfast through to dinner. I want to mention Nancy, Sujul, Razindra, Sunil, Sujam, Swastika and Sudarshan, for making me feel less of a guest and more like a guest in their home. That is the vibe of this place and it is very calm. Next time I go to Nepal this will be the place I will stay. Thank you once again to all the staff.

We decided to celebrate Valentine's Day with my family and collaborated with Mr. Santosh to ensure everything was perfect. He secured a great price for us. The front desk staff was professional and gave us clear instructions. However, we were disappointed that we didn't receive welcome drinks and the room's refrigerator was empty in our suite rooms. The housekeeping service was not up to par and the front desk couldn't fix the issue. The requested product was forgotten. The food was expensive for the small portions and the customer service was lacking. It seemed like inexperienced interns were working that day, making it a disappointing experience compared to previous visits.
